Terms of service

• ⚠️ Must be 18 or older to book an appointment, anyone under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure ALL appointments. Deposits are applied to your service, with the remaining balance due at time of appointment via Cash or Cash App.

• No extra guests or kids allowed!

• Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes. No eye make up !!

• We are aware of traffic and understand situations may occur beyond your control. We allow a 15 minute grace period to all clients. If you are 15 minutes late for your service there will be a late fee starting at $15 and you may or may not have to reschedule. (To be determined once notified)

• If you need to reschedule please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled service or your deposit will be forfeited. You will need to make a new deposit To be seen

• No-Call/No-Show - All deposits will be FORFEITED and you will be charged for the full service scheduled.

• Please be mindful that the use of 📱 cell phones and continued movement during your service will delay the process!

• Maintenance is required to ensure healthy lashes and great retention. You must schedule a touch up within 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, your service is considered a NEW SET! No exceptions!

• Please read reminder email for everything that you need to know prior to your appointment.
